Rose Meadows Elder Care II operates two six-bed facilities, with a staff to resident ratio of eight full-time staff to 12 seniors in order to provide close attention to the needs of our residents. Rose Meadows Elder Care II in San Jose, California, is a six-bed assisted living facility that strives to provide a comfortable living in a homelike atmosphere. Owned and operated by a full-time registered nurse with 18 years of geriatric care experience, Rose Meadows Elder Care II also has a licensed vocation nurse on call 24 hours a day.

Providing assisted living and senior housing in California, each of our Rose Meadows Elder Care II senior living houses is staffed with three live-in caregivers that care and support your loved ones. We provide three nutritious, home-cooked meals a day plus snacks, assistance with dressing and bathing, assistance with medications and free transportation to medical appointments. We also provide daily activities, monthly entertainment, and three family events per year where you can always find lots of love and laughs. We also provide daily monitoring or our resident's health, weekly vital signs, and weight monitoring.
